Who may use the platform
Staff access is restricted to Miva and uLesson work accounts. CBT centres do not hold accounts; they submit through a secure, centre-specific link issued for a given exam cycle. Submission links are confidential — do not forward or publish them.
Accuracy of submissions
Centres must submit accurate candidate counts supported by attendance records. Miva verifies every claimed count against attendance evidence. Where the verified count differs from the claimed count, the verified count determines the payable amount. Knowingly inflated claims may lead to suspension or deactivation of the centre.
Invoicing and payment
- Payment is calculated as verified candidate count multiplied by the agreed rate.
- An invoice becomes payable only after count verification and executive sign-off, and is settled to the bank account on file for the centre.
- Bank account changes require a written request and are verified independently before any payment is made to a new account.
- Part payments are recorded against the invoice, with the balance remaining due.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access data belonging to another centre, probe or overload the platform, bypass access controls, or upload malicious files. Uploads are limited by size and file type. Traffic is rate limited and logged.
Suspension and deactivation
Miva may suspend or deactivate a centre for breach of these terms, examination-integrity concerns, or expiry of accreditation or compliance documentation. Outstanding verified invoices remain payable.
Availability and liability
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis for the administration of examination services. Miva is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the platform. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.
